One day, four tracks, and everybody you have been meaning to call in one building.

The annual conference is the largest thing on the calendar and the only day of the year the whole membership is in the same room. Sessions run in four parallel tracks so there is something worth sitting in on whatever stage you are at, and the corridors between them are where most of the value actually happens.

What the day includes

• Opening keynote and closing panel, both plenary
• Four tracks running through the morning and afternoon
• Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon reception
• The exhibitor hall, open all day
• Slides and session notes circulated afterwards to everybody who attended

Rates

Student and retired rates are heavily subsidized and are not means-tested — if it applies to you, take it. Board and committee members attend at cost. Group bookings of four or more from one organization should get in touch before booking; there is a better rate than the one on this page.

Early rates end six weeks out. After that the standard rate applies, and the room genuinely does fill.
